Polycarbonate Backing (on select models): Provides a smooth, scratch-resistant surface.
Built-in Magnetic Ring: Compatible with MagSafe charging and magnetic accessories.

Our materials are RoHS and REACH compliant, free of harmful chemicals, and safe for everyday use.

Care Instructions

Cleaning: Wipe the case regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners.
Heat & Sunlight: Keep the case away from prolonged direct sunlight or high heat (e.g., car dashboards) to prevent discoloration or warping.
Magnetic Components: Use only with certified MagSafe accessories to maintain optimal magnetic strength. Avoid placing near credit cards or key fobs to prevent potential magnetic interference.
Impact: While Prenora cases provide military-grade drop protection, no case can guarantee complete protection from extreme impacts. Handle your device with care.
